Our people

The founders

LimoTaxi is a new company founded by entrepreneurs who have been active in the taxi & limousine sector for a long time and who each have more than 20 years of experience. Initially, the founders started as a employee chauffeur and later they each separatly started their own taxi company. One of the founders always focused on health care transport and the other always focused on business and executive transport. They know from firsthand how it works and what different customers expect. They decided to combine their knowledge and experience and to offer it to existing and new customers of LimoTaxi.

The chauffeurs

The drivers who drive for LimoTaxi are the faces of our organization. How they carry out their work reflects on our organization. That is why we find it very important that our drivers are in possession of sufficient knowledge and experience, have a friendly atmosphere and leave a positive impression on the passengers.

The centralists

The LimoTaxi centralists have also started as taxi drivers and know from their own experience how the situation can be on the road and which challenges need to be overcome. Despite the fact that we work with the most advanced systems and use the most modern techniques, due to unforeseen circumstances “manual” intervention might be neccecary. The knowledge and experience of our centralists ensures that everything runs smoothly and everything is managed in the right direction.

Our dispatch system

Central trip agenda

For the central trip agenda we use the WinTax software from Korton with which we can serve all kinds of customers. This is a mobility solution that allows the planning of our journeys to be realized efficiently, from the assumption of the journey to invoicing and management information. Whether it concerns our own customers, or trips that we carry out for our client. All journeys are stored with the correct data in our system. Our planners have direct and quick access to all necessary information. The administrative processes, such as invoicing and hour processing of the drivers, are informative and simple. If we need optimization and efficiency, we get insight into the data at the touch of a button.

 

 

Website

For ordering via our website, we use the TaxiID booking module. The built-in fare calculation gives our customers insight in the fare price in advance. The very clear and user-friendly online order forms are integrated in our website and linked to our planning software. The journeys are therefore directly in our timetable, ready for issuance. In addition, you can find information on our website about our services, our methods and terms and conditions. You can also leave questions and comments with us via the website.

 

Connections

With the help of a large number of links with BCTs, telephone dispatch, data communication terminals and other applications, our transport planning has been strongly simplified. From all larger clients in the Netherlands, journeys are fully automatically received, both individual journeys as well as health care and group transport transfers. All common data communication terminals and BCTs within the Netherlands can be linked to our system, so that the journeys need only be prepared for distribution to the relevant device. As soon as the relevant vehicle is available, the trip order is sent. Each action of the driver is recorded and processed, whereby feedback to the client is immediately realized.
